About Realm

We are visionaries who shape neighborhoods with care, precision, and imagination. Our work lives at the intersection of design and development, where creativity meets capital, and where bold ideas are grounded in real-world execution.

Our organization is centered on providing architectural services and real estate development consulting for select clients, while leading the development of mixed-use projects as owner and developer. Clients work directly with our principal from project conception to completion, ensuring a high quality of service, responsiveness, and direct principal involvement across all aspects of design and construction.

What sets us apart is our ability to see the whole picture, with an attention for architectural detail and a precise command of process to meet budgets and schedules. Every project we touch is more than a building; it is a catalyst for connection, community, and transformation.

Our Development Approach

Realm’s architect-led development model allows compounding benefits in the design and construction process. By integrating the architect and owner relationship our practice experiences:

• Streamlined communication

• Total control of design and budget

• Full owner-architect alignment

• Less unknowns and miscommunication

• Significant time and cost savings
